Unless you’re purchasing a home with cash; talking to a qualified lender, submitting all applicable documentation, and receiving your pre-approval letter is ABSOLUTELY important. You and your agent will not know what your spending power is without it. If you are utilizing financing, I will not be able to show you homes without one.
Multiple lenders can pull your credit under 1 credit inquiry within 30 days.
Pre-Approval letters expire after 90 days.
